Do YOU have a vision? A purpose? What is your purpose of being on this planet? Is it just to survive? Is it to live in fear and in the constraints of what our modern world has decided to place on us? Here are some examples of generally accepted beliefs we often use to our own detriment.
-I CAN’T take control of my health. This is reserved for somebody who really knows what they are doing, like a doctor. They are more educated, more respected, more qualified. We need to do what they say. Look at some statistics. DEPROGRAM yourself. This system is not working very well. In America we have among the highest rates of cancer, heart disease, stroke, diabetes, obesity, autoimmune conditions, and whatever else in the world. Yet we have the “BEST” technology and highest paid doctors. Something is wrong here.
-I NEED to settle. Settle in a relationship. Settle in a career. Settle in friendships. Settle in life. Well I’m here to tell you that you don’t have to settle. Build your life exactly how you want it. The foundations of this are always the same. Good health, good family relationships, living your passions, etc.
-FEAR is a huge one. I couldn’t list all of the fears we experience during an average day because I don’t have the time. But I can promise you that it would be a pretty big list. A few common ones would be; fear of being judged/fitting in, fear of not being in control, and fear of pain in relationships. The biggest fear of all I see is to let ourselves be vulnerable, weak, and honest with ourselves. This is the stumbling block that prevents us from coming to terms with the rest of our fears. That is, we must somehow take down the ego that resists vulnerability.
So how do we overcome all of this? It is not easy. It requires commitment. Every human being has passion lurking around somewhere. We are born with it, it just gets covered up. So how do we find it? What do you really ENJOY? What drives you? What do you think you can provide to the world? I think most of us actually KNOW what our passions and talents are. They just need to be allowed to resurface. Usually, this means dealing with our fears and faulty belief systems. So take down the ego a notch. I know it’s hard. But let the fear and pain be with you. Letting it be with you is the first step to removing it. The ego does not want to acknowledge fear. It wants to pretend that it’s not afraid of anything. In truth though, we are MUCH braver than our ego’s. It just doesn’t want us to find out =) So acknowledge and accept your fears, limitations, passions, etc. Find what makes you feel happy, fulfilled, and satisfied on a deep level and FOLLOW it. It knows exactly where to lead you. So don’t be one of those people who say “I don’t know what I want.” Everyone knows what they want at any given moment. This obviously changes from moment to moment but most of us are living someone ELSES or SOCIETIES dream. Let’s end the facade here. Start living your OWN DREAM. Keep in mind that this is probably one of the most important things you can do to facilitate health, wealth, and good living. Good Luck =)
